All of our room rates include a continental breakfast Monday through Friday with
a full, hot breakfast served on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We will try to accomodate travel schedules of all of our guests
to make sure that service will be available according to your needs. Breakfast will be over by 10:30 daily. Our rooms are furnished with fresh linens and towels. Bed
linens will be changed every three days. Light housekeeping will be provided daily including making beds and straightening
bathrooms, unless you request your privacy. If you have special requests, we would appreciate knowing of them
prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to see that your stay with us will be comfortable in every way.
At
this time we do not accept pets, and our home is a no-smoking home. Smokers can enjoy being outside on the deck for their
relaxation.

In the event that a group or family rents all three of our bedrooms, we offer
a 10% discount on the room rates.
We accept cash and checks. Once your reservation is confirmed, we ask for a
one night's deposit paid in advance. In the event of cancellation one week prior to your visit, all but 10% will be refunded
to you. If a cancellation is made within the week of your visit, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
